    So do you get both the detachable extended battery case and slim fit snap on case with the purchase or are they separate? And also are you supposed to put the slim fit case inside of the extended battery case?

      The boostcase Hybrid includes both the detachable extended battery case and the slim fit snap case. This is a two-piece hybrid design so the extended battery attaches to the slim fit snap case to become like one case. When you don’t need or want the battery you can just remove it and use the slim fit case. It is available in 7 different case colors and the boost is in black and white so you can mix and match.

    The Hybrid is beyond anything on the market!! Both in quality and performance. Easy got double + 4s battery life with the hybrid!
    This is so far superior to any Mophie made.

        You are right, I do love the Hybrid!  I have been using it for about a week now and I have had NO issues!  I do have a question though. Do you recommend I always keep the power on even if my phone has 100% charge?  Thanks!

          Its OK to leave the power on when the iPhone is at 100% because the hybrid will instead supply power (rather than recharge) to the iPhone as you use it.

    love my hybrid.  got it yesterday and it fits my needs perfectly.  great idea guys.  a question though… will you guys be offering just the sleeves for sale individually for those of us with a.d.d.?  i like my blue but already have a hankering for a red sleeve and dont have any need for multiple batteries.

    Wow I love the case & the color hybrid.  Cant wait til it arrives at my doorstep!  I also have a quesition though.  Will you guy come out with a really really BIG mah extended extended battery pack too?  like 5000mah or something.  I’m a serious power user on the iphone..lol That be really good.  Then u can really suck up the market..HAha

      we may come out with a larger battery in the future, for now the 1900mAh is pretty sizable in that it doubles battery life. If you are a real power user you could actually consider buying an additional hybrid battery so you could swap them out putting you at 3800mah.

    IMO, this is by far the best battery case out there for the iPhone 4s. I
    can go an entire day with normal use on my iPhone and by the end of the
    day, my iPhone battery life is still at 100%. The case is solid and
    well built and fits the iPhone 4/4s PERFECTLY! I told my dad about this
    case, and he got himself one as well for his new iPhone 4s and is very
    pleased. I love the fact that I can slim down my phone and still have a
    really nice case on it for protection. The case does not get in the
    way of the camera or flash. I tried a picture with it on and off using
    the flash, and both were the same. I tried FOUR Mophie cases and I had
    to return every one of them because they never worked right. This
    hybrid case has NO problems AT ALL! I would buy this case again 100
    times over. I do not ever have to worry about losing battery life in
    the middle of the day. This case has plenty of power! And the customer
    service is AMAZING! You will not be disappointed if you get this case!
    Look no further, you found the battery case you need for your iPhone 4
    or 4s!

    Just got my boostcase a few days ago. Gunmetal and black battery. Gunmetal was darker than the picture, which i liked :) .
    The battery and construction looks solid. It basically doubles the battery life of my iphone 4s. Being able to remove the phone easily at any time is a major selling point as well!
    Very satisfied with my purchase.
    My 1 minor complaint is that the LED indicators aren’t very accurate.
    4 dots, the first 2 take a long time to drop, the 3rd taking the most time. But once you’re down to 2 dots the battery will be done fairly soon.
    I figured the LED would indicate something along the lines of 25% each LED, but it feels closer to 20, 40, 20, 20.
    It’d also look better if the LED didn’t ghost into each other (one light faintly lights up the other ones.).

    I returned a Boost Case Plus and received the Hybrid in exchange.  WOW this is EVEN Better than before.  The 
    warranty program was SO easy and quick.  I missed my case while it was off, but realize how much I needed it and liked it.  
    I think the original case I had made claims that it also improved signal strength, but I don’t see that same claim on the hybrid.  All I know is that with out the Boost Case on my phone for a week, I dropped WAY more calls than I did with it on.  I hope the hybrid will do the same for me~ claimed or not It ROCKS.

    I have the Boost Plus Case and have a problem using the flash w/ my camera ( it makes the pics look fuzzy & the color is all wrong). Has the camera port been improved on the Hybrid?

    This is probably the best add on to the iPhone. I’ve bought mine a few weeks ago and I’m really satisfied with it. 
    I’ve been using it in SOS in my daily life but where it was really helpful was in a trip I made to London a couple of weeks ago. This made my iPhone 4S the ultimate tool for city travelling. It allowed me to use it as a GPS, Camera, Video Recorder, Guide and anything the iPhone can do to help you on a trip.
    I just have one thing bad to say about it, when the battery is totally wiped out I can’t charge the battery with the iPhone connected to it. And this is annoying, as I have to take 2 chargers with me. One for the case and other for the iPhone. And when you are travelling this is a really important feature. Hope you guys fix this somehow.

      Both. The case will automatically charge the iPhone when you plug it in, however you have the option to set the case battery in standby by pressing the button in the bottom for 2 seconds.

    Not clear from the pictures: does the case pass-thru the standard apple connector, or does it use a standard USB.  I want one that uses the apple connector.  I have a battery case that does the switch, (brookstone’s)  and its a real pain to have to pull it out of the case to use the TV control remote adapter.  If you have a model that passes thru, I will order one today.

      The battery portion uses micro USB, the reason being that this is required by Apple. However, with the boostcase Hybrid its effortless to remove the battery and use the slim fit case which does allow for pass through of the Apple connector including using docking systems.

    With the “pear shaped” cut out, is the back exposed at all? If so, it seems like there would be a decent chance of scratching the back every time you removed or put on the battery attachment.

      the hybrid uses a slim fit snap case which is more of a slim form factor than our other cases, however it does still offer protection including a lip on the front to protect the iPhone front screen
