Is there a “Help” link or troubleshoot page on this site?  Can’t find one.  Here’s the problem: just plugged in my boost case to recharge and…. it is not charging.  Verizon Iphone 4 did not beep that it has started charging and the charging symbol did not come on.  Jiggled the cords.  No change.  Pulled the usb from the boostcase charger and inserted the usb end into my laptop.   No change, and no charging.   So how do I determine if the cable has failed or the boostcase has failed?  Purchased the boostcase June 2 or June 3, 2011 so have only been using it for 3.5 months.  Any suggestions to determine what is wrong?  Thanks.
